We would like to thank Alastair Fischbacher for his excellent work as Chairman of the Race Committee. Things are in good order, which is really helpful as I’ll be taking over at least temporarily while he attends to other commitments.
Before he disappeared, Alastair arranged for a copy of the most recent rules book to be placed in the Race Officers desk. Hopefully, you will make use of it to resolve racing incidents in an amicable and educational manner. If you can't resolve an incident amicably, then please use the protest procedure.
