Double Hander Regatta

2 Pursuit Races - first race start not before 1.30pm
Intended as a fun event for double hander dinghies, with a very nice trophy, why not come along and join in. Club dinghies available for use (RS Fevas, Wanderer, RS Vision & Laser 2000).
If you need crew, please contact Tim Davies as we have some young sailors who would be interested.

CHRISTMAS RACE QUIZ RESULTS
There were 41 entries covering most of the racing fleet.
The technical knowledge varied widely and hopefully will be a little better after seeing the answers.
The hardest questions were the members’ pictures. Few spotted me!
The tie breaker wasn’t needed as Andy Wheeler stormed in on the last afternoon scoring 38/40 to secure the Special Cuvée 007 Champagne, beating an impressive 35, from 2nd December.
The participation prizes of wine, drawn at random by the Race Committee go to Graham Thomas and Mike Herman.

RNLI Water Safety Teams of Chiswick and Teddington Lifeboat Stations offer free Lifejacket Clinics and these are held at monthly intervals throughout the winter period alternating between the two Lifeboat Stations. For more information about the next clinic click here
